Brownies
Ingredients:
150g of dark chocolate
100 g of butter
100 g of flour
150g icing sugar
20g cocoa powder
2 eggs
1 pinch of salt
( 50 g of hazelnuts )
Preparedness
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and once melted , add the butter also made cubes.
Mix , melt and mix everything right, then turn off the heat and keep the liquid in the hot water bath.
Sift flour into a bowl , icing sugar and cocoa.
Then add to the thread lightly beaten eggs with a pinch of salt and mix with a whisk by hand. Finally add melted chocolate and butter and continue to mix with a whisk until it is blended everything right .
Pour the mixture into a 22cm square pan lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30/35 minutes.
The brownies should be crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside . Once baked , remove from the pan and lay it even with the baking paper on a grid. Once cooled you can finally cut the cake into a little squares , brownies !
